Oregon Rates, Terms, and Conditions

The provisions governing most of the telecommunications services and features provided by Qwest (Qwest Corporation, Qwest Communications Company, LLC, and Qwest LD Corp.) to Oregon customers can be found in Tariffs, Price Lists, Rate Schedules and Catalogs set out on the Qwest web site.

For non-tariffed and non-price listed services, Catalog Terms are the contract between Oregon customers and Qwest for local telecommunications services and features. They are available in Catalogs at The applicable Qwest Service Agreements (available at are the contract between Oregon customers and Qwest for long distance services.

The Catalogs and Service Agreements are contracts between the relevant Qwest entity and the customer. By ordering, using, paying for, and/or not canceling the services or features, the customer agrees to the provisions in those documents. Over time, Qwest may change the Catalogs or Service Agreements and will give you reasonable notice of important changes instead of filing them with the Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC).

Many services provided by Qwest remain tariffed or price listed in Oregon, which means that Qwest must file changes to those services with the Oregon PUC. Whether your services are tariffed, price listed, governed by a Service Agreement or Catalog Terms, you may still file complaints regarding Qwest's services or features with the PUC.
